~ Each week includes 30 mins training followed by 2 x 7vs7 games with big goals & goalkeepers

~ Co-Ed league

~ Open to competitive level, Select level & experience Recreation level players. Not for beginners

~ Players will be grouped based on their ability/level of play.

~New teams are selected each week to create a fair playing environment and prevent game results from being lop-sided

~ MVP awards for top performing players in each division.
