Welcome to CLSF Rec League! We have teams for all ages and provide a safe and fun environment for players participating in the beautiful game. Here you'll find program specific resources for different age groups and instructions on how to register or get in touch with us.
Select Program
Open to registered rec players, boys and girls 3rd - 8th grade. Players continue to participate in their rec league team games every Saturday throughout the season.
The Select Program is designed for players within the CLSF Rec League that aren't ready to make the full transition to competitive (Force) soccer, but are looking for more soccer opportunities on top of their Recreation team commitments.
If your player is seeking extra soccer training, along the opportunity to play in a competitive tournament with other like minded players, then the CLSF Select Program would be a great supplemental program for you to consider in addition to the CLSF Rec League.

CLSF SELECT SPRING 2024 PROGRAM DETAILS

1 x 75 minute practice per week with Force coaches

Spring season practices are expected to be on Wednesday evenings at Lippold Park

10 weeks of training starting on the first week of April.

Includes one Select event in Rockford (dates TBD)

2 x Select game jerseys (Royal Blue / White)

(Scrimmages against Force teams and other local Select programs are also likely but not guaranteed)
Wednesday March 20
Grades 3,4, 5 (Boys & Girls) - 5:00-6:15 PM
Grades 6,7,8 (Boys & Girls) - 6:30-7:45 PM
Note: Select teams will not be co-ed, this is just for the tryout session
Location: Lippold Park Training area (meet by soccer house)
All new and returning players are required to pre-register for tryouts. In most cases returning players will be automatically offered a spot on their Select team without needing to be evaluated at the tryout, but are still expected to attend the tryout date so the coaches can see the whole group.

$200 (includes jerseys)
