Program Details
Our Winter Training Program is designed to give players a focused, high-quality environment to develop their skills during the off-season. This six-week instructional class emphasizes both individual growth and small-group play.

  • Technical Skill Development: Players improve their technical ability through structured ball work, dribbling, passing, aligned with our Force Curriculum

  • Competitive Situations: Training sessions include 1v1, 2v1, and 2v2 scenarios to sharpen decision-making under pressure.

  • Game Play: Players apply what they’ve learned in realistic game environments (3v3 / 4v4).

  • Professional Coaching: Sessions are led by multiple members of the Crystal Lake Force coaching staff, ensuring players receive quality instruction and feedback.

  • Rotating Stations: Players move from station to station, experiencing different coaching styles and activities.

Session Agenda:

  • 20 minutes – Individual Ball Work

  • 20 minutes – 1v1 Situations

  • 20 minutes – 2v1 / 2v2 Situations

  • 30 minutes – 3v3 / 4v4 Game Environment

  • 5:00–6:30 PM – 2016 & Younger

  • 6:30–8:00 PM – 2015 & Older
