Force Winter Training Program 2025
Program Details
Our Winter Training Program is designed to give players a focused, high-quality environment to develop their skills during the off-season. This six-week instructional class emphasizes both individual growth and small-group play.
Technical Skill Development: Players improve their technical ability through structured ball work, dribbling, passing, aligned with our Force Curriculum
Competitive Situations: Training sessions include 1v1, 2v1, and 2v2 scenarios to sharpen decision-making under pressure.
Game Play: Players apply what they’ve learned in realistic game environments (3v3 / 4v4).
Professional Coaching: Sessions are led by multiple members of the Crystal Lake Force coaching staff, ensuring players receive quality instruction and feedback.
Rotating Stations: Players move from station to station, experiencing different coaching styles and activities.
Session Agenda:
20 minutes – Individual Ball Work
20 minutes – 1v1 Situations
20 minutes – 2v1 / 2v2 Situations
30 minutes – 3v3 / 4v4 Game Environment
