- Two groups will be created base on registrations
Dates: Saturdays- Jan 6, 13, 20, 27 Feb 3, 10, 17, 24 March 2, 9
Age Grous: U8-U14
Program Details
Join us for weekly training on Saturday mornings at the MAC, where we'll focus on developing players within the Force Game Model. Sessions will be designed and conduct by Force Directors & Coaches. Each session will include:
20 min / Agility & Strength
20 min / Ball Mastery
20 min / 1v1 Situations
20 min / Technical Work in Ball Striking
40 min / Tactical Work & Game Play
Cost / $280 for 10 Sessions / $150 for 5 Sessions
*Open only to Competitive level players only / Not suitable for Recreational level players.
