Huntley Park District and Crytal Lake Force have teamed up to provide an indoor soccer program to keep 3 & 4 yr olds moving during the off-season.Young Kickers Clinic is an introduction to the game of soccer for 3 & 4 year olds. This instructional program uses a disguised teaching method, where the players take on one adventure after another. They won’t even realize they are learning the basic fundamentals of the sport of soccer. During the clinic, players will improve basic motor skills and coordination, along with basic ball skills like dribbling, stopping, turning and striking the ball. Players will also be introduced to 1v1 and 2v2 small sided games. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of fundamentals, followed by 20 minutes of small sided games. Program meets at Union Special (1 Union Special Plaza/Huntley). All players are required to wear shin guards for every meeting. Gym shoes must be worn for the program.
