Other Details
~ An instructional skills class to improve the individual skill & technical ability of all players.
~ Players are taught by multiple members of the Crystal Lake Force coaching staff as they move from station to station.
~ Agenda for the class:
20 minutes - Individual Ball Work
20 Minutes - 1v1 Situations
20 Minutes - 2v1 / 2v2 Situations
30 Minutes - 3v3 / 4v4 Game Environment
