| CLSF Recreational Training |
CLSF Recreational Training is for recreational coaches interested in having professionally run training sessions. All sessions are run by members of the CLSF staff and take place at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake.
To sign up, please follow the directions below:
Coaches Instructions:
1. Please fill out all required information: team name/age, coaches’ name, email address, and what you would like your session focus to be. 2. Only sign up for 3 sessions per team. If there are open sessions after April 19th, you are welcome to sign up for extra sessions. 3. Be sure to participate and take notes on sessions. This is a learning process for you as well as your players. 4. A coach or parent must be present. Do not send your team without having a representative. 5. Please come to the soccerhouse before each session to meet up with your trainer. Trainers will bring you to your training location.

This new program is for recreational coaches interested in watching FORCE training sessions to get ideas on how to run their own sessions. Please be sure to signup and experience what our professional training staff is doing to help shape our FORCE players.
Parent Instructions:
1. Please fill out all required information: name, email address, and phone number. 2. Only sign up for 2 sessions per coach. 3. Please be sure to check the www.CLSF.org website the day of your session. Sessions do change and all updates will be posted on the website. If you do not check, you may come at the wrong time or to a cancelled session. 4. Please be sure to take notes. 5. Please feel free to ask questions, but refrain from doing so until water breaks. 6. There will be a map posted with session locations at the soccerhouse. If you are unable to find your session, please ask a member of the training staff.

Learn From the Pros Sign Up

| Play With the FORCE |
This new program offers free training to players interested in seeing what the FORCE is about. In this program, any player that is competing in our recreational program can signup to join in FORCE training sessions. Recreational players will train with FORCE players and get a better understanding of the FORCE program and what will be expected of them if they make a FORCE team.
