FORCE Team Managers Responsibilities

- - Upload roster to the IWSL(girls) / YSSL(boys) websites
- - Send out email communications from DOC to parents

- Send out email communications from coach to parents
- - Send out game reminders to parents with field locations
- - Print out game cards and bring player passes to league games

- Assist coach in completion of paperwork required for tournaments
- - Send out tournament information to parents with field locations and game times

- Report any team issues that cannot be resolved with the coach to the D.O.C.
- - Complete coaches review sheet - fall/spring

Game Day / Tournament Responsibilities
FORCE Assistant Coaches Responsibilities
- Assist head coach where needed - games/training
- - Attend a minimum of one training session per week
- Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to each game (unless coming from another game)
- - If head coach is not present, run teams warm-up – stay consistent with head coaches warm-up
- - If head coach is not present, coach game within the FORCE Philosophy guidelines (minimum of 30% playing time for U12 and below)
- - Do not yell at officials, no matter how poor their officiating (yellow cards $25, red cards $300)
- Communicate with head coach any game attendance conflicts
- - Report game results to head coach if not present
- - Complete coaches review sheet - fall/spring

Remember all official home game changes must go through Bob Hansen (refbob@sbcglobal.net) and the visiting team before becoming final.
